Assigned as a single point of contact for select customers, responsible for meeting with clients, understanding contractual obligations, setting training objectives and timelines, developing a training plan, creating custom training content, scheduling webinars, creating on demand video lessons, and using multiple training platforms to exceed expectations while driving adoption of products and services. Products supported include, but are not limited to Webex, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, Hoot, and Bluejeans. Uniquely capable of assessing the learners understanding of content and pivoting to ensure everyone leaves every training opportunity with confidence to adapt to use the newly deployed communication tools. Along with project management, I have spent many years managing product training programs, including training delivery content, on-demand videos, and building user guides and collateral for post training resources. Finally, I developed and managed a propriety registration portal for all training programs across the team, promoting training with custom built website designs per product, and pulling detailed reports for management.

2022 - 2024 Zoom Communications - Technical Instructional Designer
In my role at Zoom Communications, I spearheaded the development of e-learning modules and established accreditation pathways for our partners. Throughout this experience, I cultivated a diverse skill set encompassing e-learning design, certification path creation for Sales, Technical Sales & Deployment, digital art creation using various tools including Camtasia, Articulate Rise and Storyline, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Synthesia, as well as proficiency in project planning and management tools like Confluence, CODA, and Asana. I actively contributed to projects such as ILT Courses and Accreditation certification for Partner Education, resulting in a cost reduction exceeding $36,000 annually. Additionally, I played a key role in the development of accreditation courses for Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Revenue Accelerator, Zoom Meetings and Team Chat, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Virtual Agent. Internal initiatives included the design of GTM Onboarding programs and the implementation of a new training kick-off program, streamlining overall program development processes.
As an independent contractor I manage high profile, and highly confidential virtual events and webinar programs. Managing programs from signed contract, through compliance checks, rehearsals, through live events and post session reporting. The primary products virtual events on conducted on include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Connect, Bigmarker, and Intrado Notified Webcast.
